Who we are
Iranian American Student Council (IASC) was founded in 2020 by student leaders from major universities in California to act as a central platform for supporting student communities. IASC is an independent, non-religious, non-partisan, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by volunteer students and alumni who are passionate about helping students.
Vision & Mission
IASC’s mission is to empower students and alumni of Iranian heritage in America for the benefit of the community at large.
IASC’s objectives are to strengthen campus student communities, facilitate collaboration among campuses, and connect students to alumni and the professional Iranian community.
Governance & Bylaws
Iranian American Student Council is a volunteer run 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation and as such operates in accordance to state and federal laws in the United States. IASC is led by a group of volunteer board members serving 3-year terms.
