Tale of a Success
A dynamic series of speaker sessions designed to connect students with influential Iranian-American professionals across diverse fields of study. Through engaging discussions and personal stories, our program provides students with direct access to successful individuals who have made notable achievements in fields ranging from technology, medicine, and law to the arts, entrepreneurship, and academia. These sessions not only inspire students by showcasing varied career paths but also offer practical advice and insights on overcoming challenges, setting ambitious goals, and building a fulfilling professional life. Our mission is to motivate the next generation by fostering meaningful conversations that empower students to envision their own success and contribute positively to their communities.
Newcomers
An annual and statewide effort initiated by ISC and in collaboration with local Iranian Student Organizations (ISOs) to warmly welcome the new incoming students of Iranian-heritage, domestic or international, to our university campuses across the state of California
PAL Program
The PAL program brings together alumni and select student leaders to create a support community for all Iranian students. During our kick off we gained a deeper understanding of the challenges confronting Iranian students and explored potential solutions. This roundtable event provided PAL members with valuable insights into effective ways to support Iranian students and contribute positively to addressing their challenges.
The Path to Success
This program connects students and alumni of Iranian heritage in various fields of study through small group discussions aimed at networking and mentorship. The Path to Success provides a unique space to engage with professionals, gain insights, and receive tailored guidance on early career paths. By fostering connections across generations, the program empowers participants to achieve their goals and build lasting networks.

1400 Nowruz Festival
A historic two-week Nowruz festival with a special new year show, featuring messages from ISC member organizations and well-known Iranian public figures along with short musical performances to get us into the Nowruz spirit.
Doornavazi Music Festival
This virtual music festival features performances from Iranian student musicians from all across the U.S. along with talks by renowned culture and music figures such as Hossein Omoumi, Abbas Milani, Kambiz Roshanravan, Persis Karim and Mahsa Vahdat. The festival also includes special performances by guest musicians Shahrokh Yadegari, Kouroush Taghavi, Hooman Pourmehdi, Safa Shahidi, Hafez Modirzadeha and Faraz Minooei.
